Line Dates
A line date uses a check day to separate sentences still in use from sentences taken off the page.
The date page adds no new figures. It only cites sentences that already appear on a public name or an open season. Sentences taken off stay on the page with the day they were removed. They are not deleted in a way that makes a reader think they were never written. We do not write the date page as a performance note.
